Hi there, Catherine, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’re hEAR, and I can’t wait to help you plan your dream
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Disney Dining Plans are available for children ages 3-9, with adult pricing starting at ages 10 and up. So, your niece won’t have to worry about paying for her 2-year-old, and her youngster is welcome to share from any of your plates, too. Depending on how much her 4-year-old eats, they may even be able to split a meal. However, your niece will want to remember to include her littlest Mouseketeer in dining reservations. That way, the restaurant can locate a table with enough space for a high chair, if needed.
Before your visit, I recommend checking out this helpful
Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones guide, which offers great tips and tricks for tackling the Walt Disney World Resort with the toddler crowd. As the mom of three Mouseketeers ages 8 and under, I know how daunting it can be to travel with little ones! One of my top tips is to bring snacks – I usually pack granola bars, food pouches, fruit snacks, and graham crackers. My children’s favorite on-the-go treats can be purchased throughout the Walt Disney World Resort – they’re called
Goofy’s Candy Co. Character Gummies, and they’re a yummy, mess-free snack that’s sure to prevent many toddler tantrums!
I also recommend using
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering through the
My Disney Experience app. This feature has also saved me from many toddler meltdowns while waiting in line for food!
Last but not least, please let your niece know about the
Baby Care Centers, located within all four theme parks. These Centers offer the perfect spot to change or feed little ones.
Please reach out with any additional planning questions, Catherine… we’re all EARs! Wishing you and your family many pixie-dusted adventures and memories to last a lifetime!
