Hi Shelley,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!
From what I understand, all of the
Moderate Resort Hotels (with the exception of The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort) do offer the possibility of connecting or adjoining (i.e. neighbouring) rooms. While you can request two connecting or adjoining rooms when you
call Walt Disney World Resort to book your vacation (your best option if you want to book two rooms under the same reservation), the availability of connecting or adjoining rooms is not guaranteed, although your Resort will make every effort to honour your request.
In order to increase the chances that your request can be accommodated, make sure that you request connecting or adjoining rooms when you make your reservation, and then re-make that request when you do
Online Check-in.
Whenever a Guest says that they want to book more than one room in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, I usually recommend that they work with an Authorized Disney Vacation Travel Planner. They'll help ensure that all of the appropriate requests are placed on your file and potentially help increase the odds that your request to have connecting rooms will be honoured.
Please don't hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
