    Hi, Traveling to Disney World early July 2016. MK closes @10pm on July 4th? Is it possible that Disney will hold a special ticketed event like the $149 evening magic hours? Last year the park was open till 1am with regular hours.

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!

    By checking the Walt Disney World theme park hours, I do see that Magic Kingdom is listed to close at 10:00 p.m. this year on Monday July 4. Theme park hours are subject to change, so I suggest that you check back periodically on the webpage that I linked to see if it the operating hours for that day remain the same or change.

    The Disney After Hours event that you mentioned took place select nights earlier this spring at Magic Kingdom, and to my knowledge, there are no further nights planned or announced. I suggest that you monitor the Disney Parks Blog for any possible updates or announcements if there are any in the future about this event.
