I will be traveling to disney world with my 3 children ages 9, 11 and 14. I will be paying for the meal plan. Would the two older children have to order off of the childrens menu?

Hi, Sheila!   If you are adding the Disney Dining Plan on your Disney Resort Package, you will pay the adult price and order off the adult menu.   The same will be true for your kids who are 11 and 14.   Once a child reaches age 10, they pay the adult price for park admission tickets and for the Dining Plan.   Your 9 year old is still considered a child, and will pay the child price for the Dining Plan and order off the children's menu.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
