I am traveling on the disney wonder and i would like to know why I can't make a reservation for brunch at Palo? Is there a cost for room service? How do I know which day is the pirates night? I am traveling on the mexican riviera 7 nights. Thank you!

    Hi, Manola!

Congratulations on your upcoming cruise on the Disney Wonder to the Mexican Riviera -- that's an exciting itinerary with colorful ports of call!

If you go online to the Planning Center at DisneyCruise.com, click on My Reservation in order to see if you have paid for your cruise in full.  Your cruise must be completely paid in order to book adult dining, spa treatments, Port Adventures and nursery reservations. If your cruise reservation has been paid, click on My Cruise Plans to see how close you are to be able to book onboard fun and Port Adventures.

Online reservations are available at the following times:

    • Concierge Guests and Platinum Castaway Club Members: 120 days in advance
    • Gold Castaway Club Members: 105 days in advance
    • Silver Castaway Club Members: 90 days in advance
    • First Time Cruiser: 75 days in advance
If you are all paid up and within your window of opportunity to book, please call (800) 951-3532 or (800) 449-3380 if you have cruised with Disney Cruise Line before and are a Castaway Club Member. You may need assistance in booking your Palo reservation.

There is no charge for room service for most items -- with the exception of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.  Of course, at any time, the beverage station on Deck 9 is open and is included in your cruise fare. In addition, I always bring a little cash on board to tip the room service attendants. Although all entertainment schedules on board Disney ships are subject to change, I've experienced the Pirate's Night on the fifth night of sailing. I hope this helps you plan.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
