Hi, We are traveling to Disney for spring break. 2adults 4boys ages 13 12 5 and baby. How is beach club? Have stayed at Polynesian and WL before. Does BC have large rooms w/ daybed too like Poly? Trying to decide where to stay. Any info or suggestions?

    Hi Christine!

Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Having stayed at all of the resorts you listed, with a family of 5, I am happy to help!

The Walt Disney World Resorts you mentioned can accommodate families of 5 plus an infant under the age of 3 except for Disney's Wilderness Lodge.   Rooms at Disney's Beach Club Resort can easily accommodate you family.  Your 5 year old will most likely be best suited for the daybed, as it tends to be a bit smaller.  All of the above resorts fall within the Deluxe category, so you will find the same types of amenities.  I happen to adore the location of the Beach Club because it is a very short stroll on over to the International Gateway entrance of Epcot Theme Park.  Additionally, you can either walk or take a short boat ride on over to Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park.  My family really enjoys visiting the Boardwalk area at night.  There is plenty of entertainment, along with fabulous dining and recreation options.  If you have never stayed in this area before, I highly recommend it.  While at the Beach Club, check out Stormalong Bay.  Stormalong Bay is a pool and water park play are shared by Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.  As I am uncertain of your travel dates, please be aware that Stormalong Bay is scheduled for a refurbishment from January 5th through the beginning of March of 2015.  Please check with the Walt Disney World website for updates.

I wish you and your family a truly magical vacation!
