    Hi We will be traveling to Disney this September and have signed up for Magic Express . However , these reservations are no where to be found on My Disney Experience with the rest of my plans . Why is this and how do I confirm our reservation? Thanks !

    Hi there, Thomas! We're so happy that you have stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Helping you plan your upcoming Disney vacation is what we love to do.

    Currently, your My Disney Experience account does not show if a reservation has been made for Disney's Magical Express service. To confirm that your reservation is up-to-date and ready for you to board the motorcoach at Orlando's International Airport, call 866-599-0951. Just provide your name, Disney resort reservation confirmation number, and flight information to the Cast Member on the phone. A few weeks before your expected arrival date, you will receive a confirmation letter and your yellow luggage tags. These tags should be affixed to your bags before you check them at the airport. This alerts the airport attendants and Cast Members that you would like your bags delivered to your Disney resort room. If you don't receive those tags at least two weeks prior to check-in or need additional tags, call the number above to make your request.
