We will be traveling to disney and are planning our visit strategy. We are looking for the new designated quiet zones map to include stops along the park for our children who are both autistic and one is extremely sensitive to loud noises .

Hi Greysi! A little advance planning helps everyone enjoy their Walt Disney World vacations more, so you're smart to be thinking about these issues in advance. Parents of children with autism or sensitivities to loud noises will find lots of valuable information in Disney's Resource Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. This guide has a park-by-park listing of attractions with flashing lights, loud noises, and other elements, so that parents can choose attractions that are suitable and comfortable for their children to experience. On page 20 of this guide, you'll find a list of suggested rest area locations in each park.

Please come visit us again here at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're always happy to help!
