Hi, We're traveling to Disney one day ahead of the rest of our party and staying one night at All Star Sports and the rest of the trip at Animal Kingdom. Is there a way to get our luggage from one hotel to the next without us taking it ourselves?

    Hi Kari,

Sure thing!  The day of your Resort change call Bell Services and let them know you would like your luggage transferred to Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort hotel.  Bell Services will come to your room, collect your luggage, and give you a receipt for your bags.  Your luggage will be delivered to your new Resort's Bell Services area by mid-afternoon (usually 3:00).  Make sure you take all items that you need with you before giving your luggage to Bell Services since you will not have access to your luggage until after it is delivered to your new Resort hotel.  Now you are free to enjoy the rest of your day!  Later when you check-in to Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort hotel you may stop by Bell Services and pick up your luggage or you may call Bell Services from your room and ask for it to be delivered.  However please be aware that unlike your luggage transfer with Disney's Magical Express, somebody does need to be in the room to receive your luggage from Bell Services when they deliver it.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question and have a Magical vacation!
