    We are traveling to disney in October with 2 2yr olds and a one year old. The question I have is that we have heard that since our girls have severe developmental delays and one with epilepsy that we can get a pass to not have to wait in regular lines???

    Hi Jill,

    Disney wants its guest to have the best time possible on vacation! They look to remove barriers for guests.

    For guests with disabilities, Disney offers a Guest Assistance Card (GAC) for guests to use to minimize their wait on lines.

    On the first day of touring a major park, head to guest relations and ask for a GAC. The cast member will complete the card for your length of stay and it is good at all of the Disney theme parks.

    When you approach an attraction, show the GAC to the cast member at the front of the queue and he or she will direct you to the appropriate waiting area.
