We will be traveling to Disney October 7-12. Is there a place I can go to find out the times and dates for parades and special events in each park? Thanks.

Hi, Todd from my beautiful home state of Alabama! Yes, you can find out times and dates for scheduled entertainment, parades and special events for each of the four theme parks (and the two water parks) by going to the Calendars.  If you scroll across the top of the home page to Parks, a drop-down menu will appear, and you can choose any of the parks. Once you've chosen the park you'd like to see, go to the Calendar located on the list on the left side of the page. Once you've clicked on that, you can select the month that you're interested in and click Go. A monthly schedule for park hours and Extra Magic Hours will appear, and you can click on individual days to get a list of scheduled entertainment, appearances, parades, fireworks and special events for that specific day.

Of course, there are a lot of factors that go into putting on the shows, parades, appearances and entertainment throughout the WDW parks.  Therefore, make sure you pick up a Times Guide whenever you enter a park and check the times boards inside the parks as well for the most up-to-the-minute information.

Thanks for your question! Have a beautiful Alabama day and a magical vacation!
