I am traveling to Disney in October. We already have our hotel booked at Port Orleans Riverside. Am I able to purchase a dining plan now separately since we did not purchase it when we booked the hotel?

    Hi Kathy,

So glad to know you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort this coming October. It is a beautiful time of the year to visit, with two must-do events. Mickey and his friends get spooky while having fun in Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And be ready to savor the flavors of the world in Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

My family loves the Disney Dining Plans since they are so convenient. But they can only be added to a Magic Your Way Vacation Package which already include Theme Park Tickets. If you book a room-only stay at a Disney Resort Hotel either directly, simply get in touch with a Vacation Planning Specialist to switch it to a package and add a Disney Dining Plan. If you used a travel agent, simply get in touch with them as well. However, if you booked via an internet site, you will more than likely have to cancel that reservation and make a new one.

One last tip: Mickey always like us to save Disney Dollars, and helps us with some amazing Special Offers, such as discounts on Resort stay or even discounted or even free Disney Dining Plans, and these can usually be added to an existing reservation. See you real soon!
