Hi! I am traveling to Disney on Nov 12 and heard from someone else who is going earlier that we don't get luggage tags for the Magical Express. Is this true? How will the luggage get to our rooms?

Hey, Katie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I am so glad you stopped by with this question. I have some great news for you - you absolutely can receive the Disney's Magical Express luggage tags for your upcoming stay. This is a great amenity for all Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

To make sure Disney is awaiting the arrival of you and your luggage, simply give Disney's Magical Express a call at (407) 599-0951. You will want to call them at least 30 days in advance of check-in to give them plenty of time to get the yellow luggage tags out to you. In my experience, we have received one luggage tag per Guest in our party. Be sure to affix these tags to your luggage before you check-in for your flight to Orlando International Airport (MCO). Your luggage will magically appear in your Resort hotel room later that day, usually three to four hours after your arrival.

Katie, one thing I would like to note to you is that luggage delivery service is available within certain hours each day. If your flight is scheduled to arrive before 5:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m., you will need to collect your luggage at baggage claim to bring with you on the motorcoach. In this case, you will not affix the tags to your luggage.

I hope you have a pixie-dusted visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Please stop by and visit us again if you have any further questions.
