I am traveling to disney next week with a 3 year old and 5 month old. should I bring her car seat that snaps in and out of stroller so we have a place to put her in restaurants and dont have to wake her if she is asleep or is it just bringing too much?

Hi Christine! When we took our grandson for his first visit he was only 3 months old and we did indeed take the stroller with the car seat insert.  It was the best way for a child that young to travel and as you mentioned go in and out of restaurants without needing to wake up.  When traveling with children at young ages parents just have to stay as organized as possible knowing that they will need to bring more then the ordinary guest.

One thing that might help you are some of the grocery services that you can purchase things on line and they will have it delivered to your resort on the day you check in.  The one that I have used several times and recommend highly is Garden Grocers and you can see their list of items and order on line by going to www.gardengrocer.com.  They carry many baby foods, formula, diapers and other infant needs.  Parents have found that if they don't need to fill suitcases with these items it makes the traveling a bit easier.
