Hi, I am traveling to Disney next Monday and I'd like to know if I need doctors' notes to prove my disablity. I have high blood pressure and asthma and my daughter has asthma a COPD and we cannot be in the sun (waiting in lines) for too long.

Hello, Walter!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Wow!  Looks like the MAGIC is just around the corner.  I am quite sure the excitement is in the air.   I know I am thrilled for you, so let's get started.

I am sure your are referring to the Guest Assistance Card (GAC) for you and your daughter which you can request at Guest Services in any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. You will not need to provide  a doctor's note.  Just be prepared to answer some questions so that our Cast Members can create a card which is tailored to your health concerns.

    Have a MAGICAL day!
