I will be traveling to Disney mid-July with our 2yo son and will be 9 week old baby girl. I have a shade extender, fan and car seat cooling insert for our double stroller. What else do you recommend for keeping our lo's comfortable in the heat?

  • Greetings, Angie, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, it would be our honor to assist you.

You are about to embark on a unique vacation creating the most unforgettable memories at Walt Disney World Resort. In consideration towards your planning, may I offer Disney's Planning for Pre-School Kids and Little Ones page which is filled with Theme Park touring itineraries, tips, suitable experiences and attractions and much more!

To make your children comfortable, Angie, may I suggest you bring portable snacks and beverages in a small, soft cooler keeping Disney's Restricted Personal Items rules in careful consideration. Hopefully, you will be able to head back to your Disney Monorail Resort hotel for a nap, swim or break in the afternoon after your fun-filled morning. As well, please take note of all the convenient Baby Care Centers in all the Theme Parks which will offer you the comforts of home with friendly Cast Members available for any assistance.

Angie, let My Disney Experience online and mobile app be your guide for Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ selections, personalizing MagicBands, Theme Park hours and other important information.

Wishing you many ~Pixie~Dusted~ Disney memories!
