Welcome to planDisney, Greg, we thank you for your question!
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is an outstanding choice of
Disney Resorts Collection hotels enabling you to enjoy many benefits and conveniences, especially with proximity to Magic Kingdom Park, and being on the Monorail line, I commend you on your planning sense and travel style - in the lap of luxury, Greg!
Walt Disney World Resort’s Property Rules, Policies & Regulations under Prohibited Items lists, “ Recreational devices such as drones, remote-control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels.” In my opinion, Onewheels™ may
potentially fall under the ‘built-in wheel’ device category thereby it would
potentially be on the list of prohibited items for the safety of all Guests Resort-wide. For further clarification, I invite you to
Contact Walt Disney World Resort - “Non-Reservation Questions” as soon as possible in preparation for your arrival.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort offers a variety of recreational activities - pick up your list of activities at the Front Desk - renting boats, and fishing excursions top our list.
Greg, while we are discussing your planning, I encourage you to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission, and read about our
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services, available on the My Disney Experience app, which will create personalized, suggested itineraries, and the
Disney Genie+ will save you waiting in lines for attractions that offer a Lightning Lane Entrance. For Walt Disney World Resort's highly popular attractions, purchasing the
Individual Lightning Lane option for up to 2 attractions per day can be used with or without the Disney Genie+ service.
I hope this information is helpful, Greg, please stop by to ask planDisney any further questions - thank you so much!
Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
