Hey there, Patricia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re so happy you stopped by!
Hooray for a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this summer! Planning a visit to one of
Disney’s world-class Water Parks is a brilliant approach to beating the Florida heat in some splash-tastic fun in the sun!
I absolutely love Disney’s Water Parks. Both Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach have so much to offer for the entire family! Each park is uniquely themed but equally jam packed with family fun. At each park, you will find an exclusive area design with tiny-tots in mind. Mousketeers 48in (122cm) or shorter can enjoy Ketchakiddee Creek at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Tike’s Peak at Disney’s Blizzard Beach. When I visited with my crew, my husband and I would take turns enjoying the big thrills with our older guy while the other stayed with our princess in the pint-sized aquatic play area.
With so much water fun to enjoy, you can go wrong with either park. If you ask my son, he’ll say Disney’s Blizzard Beach is his favorite thanks to the fun Toboggan Racers where he gets to compete against his mom (and often win!), but for me, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon is a current fave thanks to the recently added family raft adventure,
Miss Adventure Falls, that we can enjoy together as a family!
I hope this info helps you as you continue to plan what will surely be a magical and unforgettable visit. Be sure to come back for any additional planning advice, tips, or with any more questions.
See ya real soon,
Emille
