Hi! We will be traveling to Disney January 5th and 6th for our first visit! We will be buying 2 day tickets. And wanted the option to get the park hopper for just one day but it makes me purchase the hopper for 2 days? what are park times for those days?

    Hi, Ashley!

    Great question!

If you'd like to see Walt Disney World Park Hours, just go over to WDW's main page and hover over "Parks & Tickets". In the right of the box that appears, glance to the bottom where you'll see "More Park Hours". Click on that and you'll see a great link for that day's hours...and you can advance that calendar to any day for which the hours have been released.

The link for Walt Disney World Park Hours for Sunday, January 5th, 2014 will let you know hours for all parks that day. Once there, you can advance the date to the 6th, too, to check out all park hours as well.

    Those hours are as follows:

    1/5/14

    Magic Kingdom: 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
    Epcot: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
    Disney's Hollywood Studios: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
    Disney's Animal Kingdom: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.

On 1/6/14, hours are identical with one exception; Animal Kingdom is only open until 5:00 that night. Keep in mind that if you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you have access to Extra Magic Hours, which are not the same on both of these days.

One great benefit of having the Park Hopper Option, Ashley, is that you can enjoy one park all day, then head to another for dining or entertainment options; it just gives Guests a little more flexibility in their options. Whatever you choose, I'm sure you'll have two MAGICAL days!

Happy planning! Send more questions as you think of them; we love to help!
