Hey there, hi there, ho there, Karen! Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks a bunch for stopping by with your question. I'll be happy to assist you today!
As a
Disability Access Service (DAS) user myself, I am happy to report that Cast Members will absolutely accommodate all DAS users during
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. In most cases, they will simply have you head down the Lightning Lane entrance at most attractions if you tell them that your husband is a DAS user.
Please keep in mind that the DAS system has recently received an huge overhaul, so I have no way of knowing if this is still true. What I do know, however, is that the entire Cast at the Walt Disney World Resort is incredibly passionate about inclusion and the best Guest experience possible, so I'm sure that you and your husband will be properly accommodated when the time comes.
Karen, I would also like to point out that all queues during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are usually VERY short. Actually, I always encourage other Guests to ask the Cast Members at the front of the attraction just how long the line is! If they tell you that it's a walk-on, your husband should be just fine.
Please free to shoot us any other questions you might have! We're always available and happy to help.
Have a spooktacular time!
Ana Paula
