Hi! We are traveling on the Disney Dream on Thanksgiving week 2024 and then have reservations at WDW. Is there a Disney transportation from Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando that I can get?

Ahoy there Maria del Rocio, and welcome to planDisney. I am very happy that you are going on a magical vacation onboard Disney Cruise Line.

Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line does not provide any type of ground transportation from Fort Lauderdale to Walt Disney World at this time. You can rent a car to travel one way or arrange for private transportation. There is also the Brightline high-speed passenger train that you can purchase tickets for, to take you from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando.

It looks like you will be on a Very Merrytime Cruise and get to kick off the holidays with Mickey Mouse and friends.  There will be a Tree Lighting Ceremony as well as Mickey and Minnie's Holiday Party to enjoy. You can also celebrate the holidays with some of your favorite Disney characters, decked out in their special attire. I traveled on a Very Merrytime itinerary last year with some of my pals and had a wonderful time shopping for exclusive holiday merchandise and enjoying holiday treats.

If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney.  We will be happy to help!

'Tis the season to have fun and relax! Have a Very Merry Time!
