Hi Karleen, Any over the counter medicines such as Tylenol, Advil, Immodium, etc can be taking either on your carry-on or packed in your luggage. They do not need to be unopened or sealed. I always have a little medical kit with me when we travel on a Disney Cruise, Walt Disney World, or really anywhere. It will not only include medicines but also a thermometer and Bandaids and triple antibiotic cream. You will have such a magical voyage on the Disney Dream. The ship is incredible! Hi Karleen,
