We are traveling to Disney for my daughters 1st birthday. We will most likely have to take a cab to the park the first day, is there somewhere to put her carseat that day? We wanted to use our own stroller, are those allowed everywhere except ride lines?

Hi Samantha! What an exciting way to celebrate your daughter's first birthday. Although she won't remember it you will have tons of great pictures to show her as she grows up. She will love the fact that on her first birthday she was celebrating it with Mickey and friends.

If you feel that you need to take a cab to a park you should not have to worry about the car seat. Call the Yellow Cab company at 407-422-2222 and request a cab and let them know you will need a carseat. You might have to wait a little longer but many of the cabs will carry booster seats and car seats with them. There really is not a spot to store a car seat at any of the parks.

Review the Disney Bus Transportation as this is such a great way to reach all of the parks and Disney Springs from the resorts. You can bring your own stroller and I suggest you bring one that is compact for your ease.  They need to be folded on all the buses but you can use them anywhere on property. Be sure and have some identifying tag attached to prevent someone taking the wrong stroller when picking one up from the parking areas. Some guests use a balloon while others use ribbons or scarves. Whatever works but make it so you can find it among the hundreds of other guest strollers.
