We are traveling with 2 different families. Each family has their own resort reservations, but staying in the same resort. How can we be sure that we are in the same building and the same floor? Our reservations are linked in the Disney site.

Hi Russell! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to have SO much fun traveling as a large group! There will be a lot of special memories made together that you will look back on and talk about for years to come. Having everyone linked in My Disney Experience makes planning all the details easier than ever, so I'm happy to hear that you have already done that. What a magical trip this will be!

Your best bet will be to call your Disney Resort hotel directly and speak with a Cast Member at the Front Desk about your reservations. They won't be able to guarantee that your rooms will be close, but they will certainly make every effort to accommodate your request. You can find the phone number for your Disney Resort hotel by visiting the link I just included, clicking on your Disney Resort hotel, then going to the "Overview" tab. You should find the phone number on the right side of that screen. Make sure to have all the hotel reservation numbers ready when you call.

I hope this helps, Russell! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
