We are traveling in December with our two toddlers 5 and 3 years old along with our 4 month old. We have a double umbrella stroller for the toddlers what what do you recommend for the 4 month old? Do we need the carseat carrier? Or just a stroller?

    Hi there, Angelique!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort will be here so soon and I am so excited for you and the memories you will make on this special vacation!  You will so enjoy experiencing the magic alongside your little Mouseketeers and their excitement will create long-lasting memories for you!

My boys both visited Walt Disney World Resort and the theme parks before they were one, so hopefully my experience can help you best prepare for your visit with your littlest one.  My biggest recommendation to you would be to bring whatever gear you think your little one will be the most comfortable in during those long days!  If your little one is content in a carseat, then bring the carseat carrier attachment, but if not, don't!  My boys were NEVER happy in a carseat (whether or not the car was moving or at a standstill) so that would have been a bad decision on my part to have that with us during full days at the theme parks!  If your plan is that your little one will nap during the days at the theme parks – and do not bring the carseat – you will likely want a reclining stroller for snoozing!  Since we did not bring the carseat with us, (important to note that carseats are not required for Disney’s Magical Express or other complimentary transportation) we opted to bring umbrella strollers that had a pretty significant recline.  In fact, these strollers became our “travel strollers” and have traveled the world with us courtesy of Disney Cruise Line!

Make sure you locate the Baby Care Centers at each of the theme parks!  This is a great place to feed and change your little one – and possibly even escape some warm temperatures since you never know what to expect December to be like in Florida!

Wishing you the most magical and memorable of vacations!
