Hi, we are traveling in December and plan on Fantasmic. We have three guests who do have DAS and I’m wondering if there is a designated area in the back for DAS guests and their family Thank you

Hiya, James, and welcome to planDisney! Your holiday visit will be here in a jingle, so let's look at your options for helping Sorcerer Mickey conquer villains when you're at Walt Disney World Resort.

I chatted with a magical Cast Member named Nautica who did some digging and said that Disability Access Service (DAS) does not currently offer a designated return time or special seating for Fantasmic! But I have some ideas!

I suggest you head to Fantasmic! at the end of Sunset Boulevard a little early to speak to the Cast Members there about your party's specific needs. They can direct you to the best viewing area and might offer some strategies for enjoying the show.

That area in the back is typically reserved for guests using mobility devices, so if that applies to your group, be sure to mention that to the Cast Members, as well.

You can check the times for Fantasmic! and other shows from your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Tap the pin icon at the bottom of your screen and sort by Disney's Hollywood Studios. Tap the dropdown menu at the top center and choose Entertainment.

I like to tap Show List in the upper right corner to see a listing of the day's offerings. You can tap Fantasmic! for more details and even choose Get Directions for the quickest path to get there.

James, I'm sending pixie dust and sparks so you and your group will have a "fantasmic" time on your visit next month. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
