Gracias por tu pregunta! I think the best advice anyone can give you is to make Advanced Dinner Reservations. As soon as you have chosen the character dining experience you want, you can book online 180 days in advance. Since you will be visiting during the Holidays, the most popular restaurants will fill up fast.
I always recommend Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort, where you can have American style buffet and meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald. Other great character dining experiences for boys are Donald's Safari Breakfast, Playhouse Disney's Play and Dine at Hollywood and Vine and Mickey's Backyard BBQ.
