Hi DonUlecia!
Walt Disney World Resort does a great job making sure every single Guest has an amazing, magical time on their Disney vacation. They provide special services for guests with disabilities to ensure their visits to the theme parks are as seamless and carefree as possible.Guest Relations Cast Members work with each Guest individually to provide assistance for their particular needs.
There are no restrictions to which attractions a Guest can ride with a Disability Access Service card, however, you may want to check out the "Helpful Guides for Attractions" listed on the
Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities page. The list includes details of the elements experienced during each attraction, such as scents/smells, loud noises, and periods of darkness. Hopefully this will help you decide which attractions and shows your daughter would enjoy!
For Guests with mobility disabilities, attractions offer access in the following categories:
May Remain in Wheelchair/ECV
Must Be Ambulatory
Must Transfer from Wheelchair/ECV
Must Transfer to Wheelchair
Must Transfer to Wheelchair, Then to Ride Vehicle
For further information, you may find this
Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities link useful.
I don't know the nature of your daughter's disability, but I hope the information I provided will be helpful to you! Guest Services will most certainly provide you with the best individualized plan for you and your family. For further assistance, WDW Disability Services can be reached at (407) 560-2547.
Have a magical day! - Diane W.
