Ahoy, Kristina, and welcome to planDisney! The countdown to your 7-Night Western Caribbean cruise is on. Soon, you'll have a chance to explore the magnificent
Disney Treasure and have adventures in amazing ports of call. As you sort out your packing list, let's talk about dress-up opportunities!
While schedules are subject to change, it currently looks like your cruise on the Disney Treasure will include a formal night on Day 2 (At Sea) and a semi-formal night on Day 6 (At Sea). In between, there will be a
Pirate Night on Day 4 (George Town, Grand Cayman), so get ready for some swashbuckling fun!
For the
formal and semi-formal nights (as well as at
adult-exclusive restaurants), dress pants with a jacket or a suit, dress, or pantsuit are recommended. I've seen a range of outfits for Pirate Night. Some Guests wear a full costume, while others choose a pirate-themed shirt or a few accessories.
It's a good idea to confirm the timing of the themed nights once you've boarded the ship. After you've made your way onto the Disney Treasure, connect your phone to Wi-Fi and check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. It will populate with information specific to your sailing, including onboard activities, entertainment schedules, and more. The
Guest Services Desk (located on Deck 4 of the Disney Treasure) is also a good resource if you have questions during your cruise.
Make sure to spend time during your cruise discovering and appreciating details of the Disney Treasure. The
Grand Hall is majestic, with a bronze statue of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine, beautiful artwork, lanterns, and more. The immersive lounges are not to be missed!
Kristina, I hope you have an amazing time on your Western Caribbean cruise aboard the Disney Treasure. If you think of any other questions ahead of embarkation day, please reach out – we're always happy to help at planDisney!
Your pal,
