I am traveling with my daughters, ages 10 and 8, to Walt Disney World in July. We are staying at the Beach Club and I am looking for something “extra magical” for them on this trip. Can you give me some suggestions?

Hey, Amy! Thanks so much for visiting us with your question.

There is so much that you can "add on" to your Walt Disney World vacation to make it just a bit more magical. Did you know that there is a whole menu of Disney Special Events and Tours? You can find a whole lot of Disney magic among the tours that should peak the interest of your daughters.

One of the standout favorites of my girls is Disney's Family Magic tour. This is an interactive detective type of tour, where you'll look for clues to complete a quest. It's great fun for kids of this age, and gives you some insight into things you may have overlooked on previous visits to the Magic Kingdom.

Maybe you'd like to surprise them with a special gift from Disney Floral and Gifts. Items including princess gifts, plush animals, snacks, and special souvenirs are delivered to your Walt Disney World resort room. The gifts can also be customized to reflect your daughters' interests.

Always a hit with my family is the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage. Not only does this include the best spot on water to view the fireworks, there's a boatload of fun before you set sail, with snacks, drinks, and pirate meet and greets. You'll want to keep your camera ready and brush up on your sea chanteys to sing along and have some fun.

I hope you have the most special trip with your daughters. Treasure every moment!
