If you are traveling with a dance group for the first time. When does the agency usually give you the confirmation number? Getting nervous about park reservations and it’s almost 60 days out 😬

    Hi Rochelle,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  My daughter has been lucky to be a part of several dance opportunities at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, get ready, you are in for some magical memories with your dancer!

Going to Walt Disney World Resort with one of the performing arts programs is very different from booking your own vacation.  When we have traveled with our dance groups, I was always able to get the information I needed through our studio director or the representative for the travel group.  I would suggest reaching out to your contact that is in charge of the travel plans for more information regarding your confirmation numbers.  There are several different programs available for dancers and all are slightly different, but they are all very good at what they do, including taking care of the planning and events for the majority of your visit.  I can say with confidence that the programs that perform at Walt Disney World Resort are very professional and I have never had a problem with getting our documents in time.  Your group may even do the planning for you, including making your Theme Park Reservations, so before panicking, reach out to your contact, I am sure they will be able to put your mind at ease.

I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World Resort with your dance team, Rochelle.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney, we are always here to help.
