We are traveling from Costa Rica to WDW in May, it is our first trip. I want to know if the park tickets are going to be at the hotel because I do not want them to be ship to my country.

    Hello Alvaro!!!

Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!!

If you purchased a Magic Your Way Vacation Package that included your park tickets, then your tickets will be waiting on you at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  You will actually not even see your tickets as they will be preloaded to your Key to the World Card(s) that will serve as your hotel key, park tickets, dining plan credits (if you purchased the Disney Dining Plan) and charge card all in one convenient location!!

I know that you will have a great time in May on your Walt Disney World Vacation!!  Please let me know how I can further help you in your vacation planning!!

    Have a magical trip!!
