If I am traveling from Canada and taking the Magical Express but my return flight has a stop over at a US airport will my Magical Express pick up time be 3 hours (domestic) or 4 hours (international) before my flight time?

    Hi Susan,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Disney's Magical Express is a great service that will allow you to enjoy the magic of Walt Disney World Resort up until the very last moment possible.
Typically, when you are flying on a Canadian airline, you will be considered International, regardless of where your stop over is.  So, if you booked with Air Canada, but are flying a United Airways flight that stops somewhere in the United States, because it is a Canadian flight, you will be scheduled for the International time of 4 hours in advance.  We have always been given the four hour pickup time for Disney's Magical Express regardless of stop overs.

Orlando International Airport is very busy and getting through security can take a while.  The pickup times provide a buffer for if the lines are longer than usual, to ensure that you do not miss your flight.  When my family and I arrive early at Orlando International Airport, we like to take the time to reflect on our vacation and look at some of the photos to help pass the time before our flight departs.

I hope that helps, Susan.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
