We are traveling to California Adventure for 1 day, but we left our magic bands at home. Can we use our phones instead?

Hi Michael! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for sending this great question our way.

I'm happy to hear you're planning to visit The Happiest Place on Earth while you're out west! If you didn't bring your MagicBand+, not to worry. You can still visit Disney California Adventure Park and use your mobile devices instead. Before you arrive, be sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App. You will be able to access your Theme Park Tickets using the app. You can also use the app to scan if you purchase Disney Genie+ Service and Individual Lightning Lanes. If you want to capture magical moments using Disney PhotoPass, you can tap the plus sign on the home screen and select "Link PhotoPass Photos." Next, select "Show PhotoPass Code" to have it available for the Disney PhotoPass photographer to scan.

You can also use the Disneyland Mobile App to view attraction wait times, entertainment schedules, and dining options. You're in for a treat because the Disney100 Celebration has fun experiences, food and beverage offerings, and so much more. There's also special merchandise available if you're looking for some special souvenirs to commemorate your visit.

I'm wishing you a magical visit at the Disneyland Resort, and hope you will stop by planDisney again when you're ready to plan another Disney Parks vacation. We would love to help!

    See ya real soon!
    Smiles,
    Lisa
