We are traveling with my brother's family. He would like a room with two queen beds, and we are looking for a room that has a separate bedroom so, our toddler can go to sleep early. Are there any value or moderate resorts that could accommodate both?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sally! I find this obstacle plagues many of my family vacations, too! My eldest child no longer naps but my littlest child will melt without a mid-day rest!

I’m battling this issue in February by staying at the value plus resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. The family suites (in three different styles) at this Resort offer two full size bathrooms (one with shower, and one with tub combo) as well as separate bedroom, kitchenette, den area and a Murphy bed inside the cutest tables you ever did see! We chose a Lion King suite since my Mom loves all things jungle and nature. My kids are excited to pose with the hyenas outside in the courtyard. I think these suites will solve your problems very well! Otherwise, my family has successfully had daddy in the bathroom working on his computer while baby falls asleep and I take the elder kid to the Resort arcades, the pool, to do laundry or even the kid’s area in the lobby for some coloring and TV time.

If I can give you some insight to the Baby Care Centers (for more than just babies) or perhaps Disney authorized stroller rental services like Kingdom Strollers, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
