Ahoy there, David. Welcome to planDisney! Your magical vacation on Disney Cruise Line is quickly approaching on the horizon. I hope you are getting excited!
It is each Guest's responsibility to identify and obtain
necessary visas before your cruise starts. Without the correct documents, you will be denied boarding. I did an internet search, and it seems that citizens of the Philippines who will be visiting the Bahamas need additional documentation. Because I am unsure from where your permanent resident card was issued, I suggest you call Disney Cruise Line Embarkation Guest Services with your question. They can be reached by calling 1-800-395-9374 and are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET). On Saturday and Sunday, they are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET). Please select option 1.
David, make sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before starting your vacation. You will find the deck plan, list of
onboard activities, and your
rotational dining schedule on the app once you are onboard and connected to the
DCL-GUEST wireless network. If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney for answers.
Bon Voyage!
