We will be traveling back to WDW in March 2020 with 3 adults and 2 teens. How can we successfully request and receive adjoining rooms in the Value Resorts? Thanks

Hey there Kim and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're excited that you've come back to find out about to plan your upcoming Disney vacation.

Room requests can be made by calling 407-939-1936 and letting a Cast Member know that you want connecting rooms for your family of 5. The Cast Member will make a note on your reservation to alert your resort of your request when rooms are being assigned. Your room request can be made when you make your initial reservations. I would also suggest that you call the same number above once your arrival date is closer to ensure that your request is still linked to your reservation. On your arrival date, if you've completed the Online Resort Check-in, you will receive a text message and/or email to inform you of your room numbers. If there still seems to be a glitch, stop by the front desk of your resort to have a Cast Member see about reassigning your rooms.

Remember that having connection rooms is a request but the Cast Members will do their best to honor your wishes.

Kim, I'm sending a little virtual pixie dust your way! If you have more planning questions about special events or tours, please stop by and visit with again soon!

    Happy planning,
    Korliss
