Traveling from Australia in Early December. Bringing a 5 MO baby. Are we mad! Is there suitable stroller hire for babies and are there any rides we can take the baby on? What will the weather be like? Any suggestions for bringing a baby appreciated.

    Greetings, Ariane!

It is wonderful to hear you will be visiting with your infant! You aren't mad at all! In fact, I believe it is never to early to begin sharing the magic of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with the ones you love. I have taken each of my kiddos as babies and it was wonderful. They truly adored it!

There is a great page on the Walt Disney World website to help you plan your babes first adventure called Planning for Pre-School Kids and Little Ones. Here you are able to see what rides and attractions are appropriate, what a sample day might look like and more. Disney also has wonderful Baby Care Centers in which you can take care of any of the little one's needs and take a sometimes much needed quiet rest from the busy day. My friend Jen, a fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, just did a great video review about all that these Centers have to offer.

You are going to have a wonderful time on your visit, Ariane, and although your little bundle of joy won't remember it, you will, and they will be special memories you can share with them as they get older. If there is anything else I may assist you with to make your trip even more magical, please send me another question!

    Have an amazing vacation,
