Hiya, Erik!
I love being able to visit the Disneyland Resort when I happen to be traveling to
Southern California for business. I’ve even traveled to places as far away from Anaheim as San Diego and still made sure to find time to visit The Happiest Place on Earth for Dinner and a few attractions.
At this time, each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission (such as a
Magic Key pass) and a
theme park reservation. A park reservation is required even if arriving later in the day. But I hope you don’t worry too much.
Park reservation availability for Magic Key holders often comes and goes. When other Guests’ plans change, they will sometimes need to cancel their reservations, making the reservations available to you! I recommend checking the day or two before you arrive for open reservations. It’s especially common to find them the evening before you hope to visit.
Tony’s Tip: To save time while visiting the Disneyland Resort, I recommend using the
Disneyland mobile app to skip the lines at
select quick-service restaurants. With
mobile food and beverage orders, you can make your selections and pay conveniently from your mobile device.
I hope you have a magical time, Erik!
