Hi, I am traveling along to WDW and have current accomodations at Pop Century. I am on a pretty strict budget and have been hearing both good and bad reviews regarding Pop Century. Should I stay or do you have any suggestions for another resort?

Hi Gian!  I personally think that the Pop Century is the best value resort at Disney. I have many friends who would also agree as it is the one value that tends to gear to the families versus the large groups. That does not mean you won't find groups at this resort but I can almost guarantee them at the All Star ones!

The resort is large but no larger then the All Star resorts so some families like to request a room that is close to the main lobby area or the bus area.  Other families like to chose a room close to the pool.  This is all personal preference and something you can do when making your reservation. I also suggest about 4 days before arrival that you FAX this request to the resort since this is the time they make the room assignments.

Guests can have good and bad experiences at all resorts whether they are value or deluxe and my motto is to always find the magic somewhere even when something doesn't go your way.  Disney tries to give all guests a great time while staying at their resorts.  The Value resorts won't offer the amenities as the deluxe or even the moderate but they will and can still be magical!
