    I will be traveling alone with my 4 y/o ASD son for MNSHP. Is it possible to meet with someone at guest services the day BEFORE the party to be interviewed to determine whether his stroller wagon will be permitted on the grounds?

    Welcome to planDisney! Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of the best events of the year! I love dressing up in costume and eating the seasonal snacks. I had a chance to go this year and you bet I bought the cutest Mickey Mouse in a Pumpkin costume popcorn bucket. I also loved Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade so much that I watched both Showtimes at 8:15 and 11:15 PM! 

    As per the Park Rules, stroller wagons are normally not allowed on Walt Disney World property per the Park rules. However, if intended for use as a wheelchair or a medical need it can be approved at any Guest Relations. There is one located at the entrance of all the Parks and if you are interested in getting approval before your first Park day I would make a trek to the closest theme park with your wagon and little one. You don't need to use your Park or Party ticket but will probably have to go through Security. They will direct you to Guest Relations once they see your wagon. Cast Members will ask you a few questions and if approved a tag will be placed on your wagon which should be valid for the entirety of your trip. 

    If you find that you are not approved I would ask about the various options that are available to assist you and your little one. The Park can get pretty dark during this event so think about glow stick bracelets and other glow items that may comfort your little one and also help keep them brightly in your sights.
