We are traveling by air tran, our flight out is at 8:00,Can we check our checkin luggage the night before and get our boarding passes?

Hi Maylee!  You are not going to like the answer!  You cannot check in the luggage the night before your flights and all luggage must be checked in three hours before your flight.  The good news is that the check in desks will open up at 5:00am to service those guests with early flights.  I know you are cringing at the time but you can always head back to your room for a quick nap before heading to the airport.  Dragging your luggage with you is worse then getting up early!

There will be a truck waiting at 5:00am when the desk opens and you would need to be in line with your luggage ready to go to hit the three hour before flight limit.  There is often a line even at that time of the day! They will take care of your luggage and get your boarding passes printed making your departure an easy task.  Please remember that there is on occasion when the computers are down and boarding passes can't be printed or luggage can't be checked in. This is rare but never cut your timing too close in case something does affect the service.
