Will be traveling w/ 2 adults & 8,6,4 year old. On roller coasters will my 8 year old be able to ride on a row by herself so my husband and I can ride w/ the younger siblings? That way we can all ride together?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Emily! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

Before you know it, you'll be embarking on your magical family adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you all must be getting so excited, Emily! There is nothing like seeing the magic of Walt Disney World Resort through your children's eyes. The twinkle in their eyes when they see the characters, their smiles during the parades, the awe on their faces during the fireworks, and their laughter as they fly down a hill on a rollercoaster will create lifelong magical memories for all of you. Now, let's make sure you can all make these magical memories together.

I think you'll be happy to hear that according to the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, "To board an attraction, children under age 7 must be accompanied by a person age 14 years or older." That means that while your six-year-old and four-year-old will require one of the adults to board attractions with them, your eight-year-old should be good to go to sit in a row unaccompanied, if necessary.

When you reach the front of the line for attractions that seat two to a row, such as Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at Magic Kingdom Park and Slinky Dog Dash at Disney's Hollywood Studios, just let the Cast Member know that you are a party of five but one of the children is over seven years of age. Hands up and enjoy the ride ... together!

If any of your kiddos cannot ride or don't wish to ride an attraction, be sure to take advantage of Rider Switch! This service allows one of the adults to wait with the non-rider while everyone else enjoys the attraction. Then, the adult who didn't ride the first go-round can hop on the attraction without waiting in line! No one has to miss out!

I hope this helps, Emily, and I hope you and your little Mousketeers have the most magical and memorable time together! I know you will. Please stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon,

    Mandy
