we are traveling with 4 adults, one is physically handicapped and requires a roll in shower. we need two bedrooms as one is a helper companion.

    Hi Pamela!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   I have a few options that may solve your dilemma of needing two bedrooms for your travel party.   One would be to book two rooms at a Value, Moderate or Deluxe Resort.  When booking you can indicate you need a handicapped room with roll-in shower and an adjoining room.   This would allow both rooms to be able to gain access to each other quickly.    A second option would be a 2 bedroom Villa at one of Disney's Deluxe Villa Resorts.   These Resorts come equipped with kitchens, washer and dryers and even two separate bedrooms.   It may be a great option for you.

Whatever accommodations you choose I know you will enjoy your time at Walt Disney World.  Pamela, I encourage you to check out the Services for Guests with Disabilities at Disney Resort Hotels.  It may help answer additional questions you may have.

I wish you a magical vacation.  Stop by again if we can be of assistance in the future.
