We are traveling with 6 adults and 2 children. We are staying at different hotels would we be eligible to participate in some of the grand gathering events?

    Hi Debora,

Absolutely! Parties of 8 or more guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort qualify as a Grand Gathering (as long as at least 8 members of the party are over age 3). You can choose from several special experiences including: the Safari Celebration Breakfast, the Good Morning Gathering and the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception.

To have your group designated as a Grand Gathering, you'll want to call Disney's Grand Gathering Travel Planners at 407-WDW-PLAN (407-939-7526). They will need the names and Resort confirmation numbers to link your parties together. At that point, you can also book one or more of these special events.

Hope this helps and have a magical vacation,
