    Hi! We will be traveling with 4 adults and 2 children. One adult it a bariatric patient who eats child size portions. We plan to use the dining plan since the rest of us are foodies! Can we call to get a child price for the one adults plan?

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  My family, too, are Disney Foodies; we like to think of the Disney restaurants as more attractions!  On the Disney Dining Plan, I think the adult in your party will likely be charged as an adult, but s/he will be able to order off the children's menu.  However, you are certainly welcome to reach out to Walt Disney World to inquire about your options under the circumstances you described.
