Hi Karla,
I'm sorry your Walt Disney World vacation plans were placed on pause this past spring, but how exciting to be finally planning your Magical vacation again!
In order to re-book your vacation, you should call the phone number listed in here for the
Walt Disney World Resort. You should have your confirmation number from your previous booking available so the Cast Member can assist you more efficiently. There is an email listed in the prior link if you prefer that method, but I usually find that with unique circumstances a phone call usually works best for me.
Karla, did you know that when you book a Walt Disney World vacation for dates now through April 30, 2021 you can
Book With Confidence? To allow additional flexibility, Guests may cancel their reservations up until the day of check in with no Disney-imposed fees. So if your travel plans change again, Mickey will take care of you!
Finally, since your travel plans are a few months off it's a good idea to monitor this link for
Walt Disney World Experience Updates. Many things have been implemented to enhance the safety of Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and you should take the time to understand what to expect during your upcoming visit. One important new addition since last spring is the implementation of the
Disney Park Pass System which allows Guests to make a reservation for the theme park they wish to visit each day. Guests need both a valid ticket and a Park Pass reservation each day to gain admittance to a theme park. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you only need a Park Pass reservation for the first theme park you visit. However be aware of the time in which each theme park allows Guests to "hop" to the second park, as the posted times may change before your visit.
I hope this information helps you with your upcoming vacation! As you continue with your planning, please be sure to come back and visit us again. We are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!
Brenda
