¡Hola, Jordi! Welcome aboard! Here at
planDisney, we love helping all our fellow Sailors with their vacation planning questions, but it's much sweeter to me when other Mexicans stop by to say hello. Thank you so much for trusting us with your question!
Unfortunately, the
Authorization for Minor to Travel without a Parent or Legal Guardian form is currently unavailable in Spanish, but don't worry! It should be easy enough to fill out without any issues whatsoever. All you need to do is print out the form and give it to one of your nephew's parents so they can fill in the blanks as follows:
I, (YOUR NEPHEW'S PARENT'S NAME), hereby authorize (YOUR NAME) to have care, custody and control of my minor child(ren) (YOUR NEPHEW'S NAME), (YOUR NEPHEW'S AGE) and to act and contract on their behalf in connection with the
Disney Cruise Line vacation, commencing on (YOUR SAILING DATE).
(TODAY'S DATE)
(YOUR NEPHEW'S PARENT'S SIGNATURE) & (YOUR NEPHEW'S PARENT'S NAME)
Jordi, you'll see that there are five slots for minors on the form. If you're only traveling with your nephew, make sure to write his name in the first slot, and disregard the other four. You do not need to pay attention to any of those unless you're taking another minor on the trip with you! Now, to answer your second question, I'm very happy to report that this form is perfectly valid to go onboard your Disney Cruise.
As the authorized adult, you must present it during the check-in process at the boarding terminal.
I hope that my answer has helped clarify your concerns, Jordi. If you have any other questions for us in English
o en español, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us so we may assist you further. See the line where the sky meets the sea? It's calling you! Fair winds and following seas to you, my friend!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
