Although we can’t get them shipped to us in Canada, either, I haven’t had a problem customizing my family’s MagicBands through My Disney Experience. What has worked for me in the past is to click on “
My MagicBands and Cards”, and then to click on the Resort Reservation for which I’d like to customize our MagicBands. After that, once I’ve confirmed my shipping address, I get the option to click on “customize” for each member of my party. It’s only once I’ve clicked on “customize” that I’ve been able to pick MagicBand colours.
If you’re still having trouble after going through all of these steps, I strongly suggest that you
contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to ask them for help with the customization process.
