How to travel from escot to typhoon lagoon

    Hi, Carol! Welcome to planDisney.

What a fun plan! Pairing EPCOT with a trip to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park makes for a great Disney day—a little world-traveling in the morning and some wave-riding in the afternoon. I'm glad you asked about transportation, because knowing the route ahead of time makes everything feel a lot smoother once you're headed out of the park.

At the moment, there isn't direct bus service from EPCOT to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Instead, you'll need to exit EPCOT and catch a bus to Disney Springs. Once you arrive there, just look for the signs for the Typhoon Lagoon bus stop, where you can transfer to the water park. The transfer is easy, and buses run regularly when the water park is open. I usually plan on giving myself around an hour or so from the moment I leave EPCOT to the time I'm walking into the park. Alternatively, you can save a ton of time by booking a Minnie Van Service.

A quick tip: If you're hoping to spend as much time as possible in the water, it helps to leave EPCOT a little earlier than you think. And packing your swimsuit and flip-flops in your day bag means you can head straight for the waves without making an extra stop back at your resort.

Thanks for choosing to be our Guest, Carol. Happy planning!
